Consent Contraception Sex STI Testing

If you’re sexually active, testing for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) is the best way to ensure you’re staying safe while having sex.

By testing yourself, you know you’re looking after yourself and the people you may be having sex with. 

Condoms are the only form of contraception that can protect against STIs.

If you want to know more about STI testing, you could try speaking to a trusted adult or contacting us on the Meic helpline.
